How do I get a form onto my storefront?
Create and publish a form, copy its ID from the forms list, then open Online Store → Themes → Customize. Choose the page you want, select Add block → EasyForms, and paste the form ID into the block settings.
My form isn’t showing on the storefront.
Three things to check. First, the form must be published— a draft form will not render. Second, the form ID in the theme block must match the ID shown in the app. Third, make sure the block was added to the page you are actually viewing.
Can I put different forms on different pages?
Yes. The block is added per page, so you can place a contact form on one page and a wholesale enquiry form on another. Each keeps its own settings, styling and submissions.
What file types can shoppers upload, and how large?
You choose both, under Settings. The maximum accepted size is 20 MB, which is Shopify’s own limit for stored files. Images are automatically resized in the shopper’s browser before uploading, so photos and screenshots arrive quickly even on mobile data.
Where are uploaded files kept?
In your own Shopify Files library, under Content → Files. They are prefixed with leadform- so you can find them easily. Nothing is stored on our servers.
I’m not receiving email notifications.
Open Settings and check that an admin email address is saved and notifications are switched on. Email notifications are included on paid plans. Also check your spam folder — and if the alerts are going there, marking one as “not spam” trains your provider quickly.
Can I reply to a lead directly?
Yes. Every notification email has its reply address set to the shopper, so pressing Reply in your inbox writes to them, not to us.
How does spam protection work?
A hidden honeypot field catches most bots automatically, and each form has a per-visitor rate limit. You can also add your own reCAPTCHA v3 keys under Settings. reCAPTCHA v3 is invisible — there is no checkbox for shoppers to tick, only a small badge.
What does the conversion rate mean?
It is submissions divided by the number of times a shopper actually opened the form. Forms nobody has opened yet show a dash rather than zero, because there is no rate to report.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Everything we hold for your store is erased within 48 hours, so export anything you want to keep first. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
